Moon Face


What is Moon Face you ask?? When some people are on steroids, they swell up. A common reaction is swelling of the face and neck. Well lucky me got it hard. My entire face and neck have been swollen since May. I wasn't going to show it but I figured since I've shown everything else, I might as well add this. I'm embarrassed by it but there is nothing I can do about it. I am slowly reducing the steroids but it will take a long time for my face to shrink back to it's normal size :(.

    I have had this 3 times in my life. I have been on high doses of prednisone for 3 different conditions. I feel your feelings.

    It's the face of courage, of strength and kindness. It's a wonderful face that has seen many things in the last few years that weren't even expected years. Always thinking about you V.
